Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2009: National
The Businesswoman of the Year Award has been honouring South Africa's outstanding businesswomen since 1980. It has grown in stature over years, to become the premier event of its kind in the country and a notable part of the South African business calendar.
Anne Pratt was a finalist for the 2009 Entrepreneur of the Year award.

PMR Golden Arrow Award for Top Management Selection Company in SA, July 2004
PMR Intelligence has completed a new survey on Management Solutions Companies rated by large, blue chip companies in various industry sectors, in corporate South Africa. 158 respondents comprising HR directors and senior management and 536 ratings, were sourced overall. The results are planned for publication in the July 2004 issue of PMR.
Respondents were asked if they had a preferred Management Solutions company, as well as the perceived strengths and weaknesses of the companies they rated.
In the category "Top Management", Anne Pratt & Associates received an overall rating of 4.07 out of a possible 5.00, when rated on 17 service deliverables. This positioned the company as the top rated Management Selection company in South Africa and the winner of the prestigious Golden Arrow Award!
Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2003: Regional
Nedbank and the BWA were proud to announce the winners of the Regional Business Achiever Awards for Gauteng at a function held on the 24th July 2003. Anne Pratt won the Entrepreneur of the Year award.
The Businesswomens Association (BWA) Regional Business Achiever Awards, sponsored by Nedbank, recognises outstanding South African businesswomen for their valuable contribution to the South African economy.
These enterprising and successful women are nominated by their peers for the fact that they have not only had the courage to establish their own business, but also the skills to operate these businesses successfully.

Nedcor Award for Outstanding Contribution to Business by an MBA student 1992
During her MBA, Anne Pratt won the Nedcor award for the full-time student who made the most outstanding contribution to business. Her thesis opinion was published in Finance Week in that year as well.
