In order to minimise the effect of high levels of misrepresentation in management CVs in South Africa, we are meticulous in ensuring that all preferred candidates are carefully screened and evaluated. We complete comprehensive reference checks, credit checks, criminal checks, remuneration checks, and we validate all qualifications.
We recommend and provide high level, culturally fair assessments to help evaluate the world class competencies of senior Executives, for local and offshore appointments. These also meet South African legislation requirements.
